SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

After placing your order, there is a processing time of up to 3 business days (excluding orders that include a Pre-Order). Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent with your tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Once shipped, in the least likely event that your package is delayed with our carrier, please contact us and we will be happy to help. 

Packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. If an order is processed after packages are received by the mail carrier, it will be shipped out the following business day. Processing days and Shipping days are separate.

Please note that there are shipping delays globally, but we are working diligently to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience during this time.

After Hours and Holiday Processing 

Orders placed after hours or on a holiday will be shipped within the following 3 business days. 

 

Order Fulfillment

To guarantee that your package is correctly delivered and you obtain your order within the time frame advertised above, please make sure your address, phone number and email are fully entered and correct. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

If the package is returned non-deliverable or processed as a return to sender, we will issue a store credit in the form of a hershey closet Gift Card for the price of your item( s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for any returned or refused packages. 

We ship to all APO/FPO addresses using USPS (domestic) DHL (international).

 

Cancelling or Editing Orders

To ensure you receive your package in the guaranteed time frame, we cannot edit or cancel orders after they are placed.

  

International Shipping

Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. hersheycloset cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. hersheycloset is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.

 

Shoe Packaging

All shoe orders are packed in our personalized packaging. All shoes are individually wrapped in black tissue paper and neatly placed in a protective sturdy box.  Shoe Boxes are only sent upon request by the customer in the Customer Order Notes provided at checkout. There will be an up charge of an additional $7 for all shoe box request. 

Reserved Shipping Rights

Hersheycloset reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers orders made on www.hersheycloset.com at any time due to:

  1. Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing"

  2. Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.

  3. Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

REFUNDS/ STORE CREDITS

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise please mail off your return to our distribution center within 14 days of delivery date for a refund. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. If the packing slip is not available, you may print a copy of the order confirmation email.

  • Return orders totaling $150 or more will be subject to a $5.99 restocking fee.

  • Returns can take up to 15 business days to be processed. Once processed you will receive an email notification. Refunds can take up to 10 business days for funds to reflect in your account depending upon your financial institution. Store credits are given in the form of an E- Gift Card.

  • Sale items are now refundable unless stated otherwise in a special sale promotion. 

  • Items ending in $.50 are final sale

  • Due to our items being highly demanded, we do not offer exchanges.  

  • If store credit is preferred, simply write "Store Credit" on the front of the packing slip.

  • If your order did not include a packing slip, you may print out your order confirmation email.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE RETURNS OF THE FOLLOWING

  • Bodysuits

  • Items ending in $.50 

  • Passport Covers

  • Stained, worn, laundered, or damaged pieces

  • Items sent back after 14 days of delivery date 

  • Items not its original packaging, with original tags and labels.

  SHIPPING FEES /RETURN LABELS

  • Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.

  • We do not provide return shipping labels.

  • We do not accept any C.O.D deliveries.

If your purchase was placed using a credit card and a gift card, the refund will be issued first to the gift card and the remaining funds will be issued to the credit card.

SHIPPING TIPS

  • We recommend using USPS  flat rate shipping service for the best price and turn around delivery time. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. Keep your tracking number stored. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery,  hershey closet will not be able to fulfill your return.
